CIRCULAR

Effective 01 st of April 2008, with the migration of Drukair reservation to Electronic Ticketing, please note some amendments to the reservation and ticketing process.

1. Reservations for date of travel of more than 28 days a ticketing time limit of 14 days from the date of booking will be permitted.

2. Reservations for date of travel less than 28 days, must be ticketed as “book & buy” and no time limits will be permitted.

3. Block purchase as per earlier rule will be permitted.

4. For block purchase and waitlist bookings please visit the customer services counter.

5 The administrative fee of USD 25 or BTN 1,000 will now apply effective 01 st April 2008.

6. Travel dates pre-poned or postponed less than 07 days from the confirmed date of departure will be permitted on payment of the administrative fee.

7. All existing conditions for high and low season in respect of cancellation, refund or no show will remain unchanged.

8. All agencies are advised to retain a copy of their business generated as reference in the event of any disagreement with the records maintained by our Paro office.
