Drukair flight timing Due to the geographical location and operating challenges out of Paro airport in Bhutan which is severely dependent on weather conditions, the schedule timings are subject to change without prior notice. Travelers are therefore, requested to check with Drukair offices or its agent for the latest information. Drukair reserves the rights without assigning any reason to cancel, reschedule, or overfly or delay the commencement or deviate from the route of the journey. The reporting time for your flight is two hours prior to flight departure. All counters will close 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure of the flight. However, check-in counters in Delhi will close one hour prior to scheduled flight departure. Documents Required for travel by Air (in case the passenger is a patient) 1. Fit to travel by air certificate signed by a Physician
2. CID of patient and escort if travelling to India and passport if travelling to other countries.
3. Child Health Card or Birth Certificate if the patient is minor and travelling to India and Passport if travelling to other countries.
4. Reservation of 5 seats incase stretcher is required and one day prior information to Drukair is required.
5. Oxygen cylinder can be provided upon payment of Nu. 1000 at the check-in counter

Booking Drukair has now migrated from Air Kiosk System to the SITA Horizon Computerized Reservation System from 01 June 2009. The airline has also introduced Internet Booking Engine (IBE). The IBE portal consists of two modules, B2B and B2C. IBE, B2B as the more cost effective distribution will be made accessible to all agencies, both outside & within Bhutan. IBE, B2C is for direct customers. This module is accessible by customers worldwide using credit card as mode of payment. Both modules are ready and linked to the Drukair website http://www.drukair.com.bt and will be ready for use effective 1 February 2010.
